We invest where we have an edge — and pass on the rest.
We hold sector specialists, not generalists. Each of the industries below is led by a partner who has spent at least a decade operating, investing or advising within it — and who is accountable for the firm's view, pipeline and outcomes within their domain.
Concentration is the discipline. We would rather hold a considered position in eight industries we genuinely understand than a token allocation across thirty we do not.

The Discipline
What we will not do.
We do not invest in tobacco, gambling, controversial weapons or any business whose primary economic engine conflicts with our values or the values of the families we serve.
We do not chase sectors we do not understand. We do not deploy capital to a calendar. We do not participate in transactions where our presence is purely financial — we partner only where we can add governance, operating insight or long-horizon stability.
And we do not lead with leverage. Capital structure is a tool to be used carefully, not a thesis in itself.
