Where we invest
Eight sectors. Built with conviction.
A concentrated map of the industries where we believe Kabul-anchored capital, operating capability and patient ownership compound the strongest value.
Sector Discipline
We invest where we have an edge — and pass on the rest.
We hold sector specialists, not generalists. Each of the industries below is led by operators who have spent years building, delivering or investing within it — and who are accountable for the firm's view, pipeline and outcomes within their domain.
Concentration is the discipline. We would rather hold a considered position in a handful of industries we genuinely understand than a token allocation across many we do not.
Real Estate
Residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across Kabul and Afghanistan's growing urban centres.
Afghanistan's cities need quality housing, modern commercial space and well-managed mixed-use destinations. We acquire, develop and hold landmark assets for the long term.

- — Commercial & retail
- — Asset management
Construction & Infrastructure
End-to-end project delivery for buildings, civil works and infrastructure across the public and private sectors.

Agriculture & Livestock

Strategic Investments
Consortium-led ventures and direct balance-sheet commitments in high-growth sectors.

Geographic Focus
Anchored in Kabul. Active across Afghanistan.
Our origination is concentrated where our network is deepest — and our deployment follows opportunity wherever it offers the right risk-adjusted return.
Our home market and headquarters in Wazir Akbar Khan — primary geography for real estate, construction, telecommunications and services.
Active across Afghanistan's growing urban centres and agricultural regions — development, infrastructure and trade.
Selective trade, supply-chain and partnership opportunities across the wider region.
Long-term consortium and co-investment relationships with aligned partners pursuing Afghanistan-anchored opportunities.
The Discipline
What we will not do.
We do not invest in tobacco, gambling, controversial weapons or any business whose primary economic engine conflicts with our values or the values of the partners we serve.
We do not chase sectors we do not understand. We do not deploy capital to a calendar. We do not participate in transactions where our presence is purely financial — we partner only where we can add governance, operating insight or long-horizon stability.
And we do not lead with leverage. Capital structure is a tool to be used carefully, not a thesis in itself.
