Qamar Capital Group

What we do

A diversified platform. Built around what we operate.

Six interconnected capabilities — orchestrated by senior leadership — spanning real estate, construction, trade, telecommunications, services and strategic investments.

The Platform

One group. Six businesses. Hundreds of professionals.

Qamar Capital Group is structured around four operating pillars — Real Estate, Construction & Infrastructure, Trade & Agriculture, and Strategic Investments — supported by specialist capabilities in Telecommunications and Services & Facility Management. Each is led by senior operators with deep domain experience, and every commitment is reviewed by the same Investment Committee that has governed the firm since founding.

We do not operate a blind-pool fund model. Every commitment is made from our balance sheet alongside our partners — a structure that aligns incentives, removes the pressure to deploy on a clock, and lets us build and hold great assets for as long as they continue to compound.

The way we work

Slow to commit. Fast to execute.

A four-stage process refined over a decade and applied identically to every commitment, regardless of size or sector.

01

Origination

Proprietary opportunities sourced through a Kabul-anchored network of landowners, founders, operators and public-sector partners we have worked with for years.

02

Diligence

First-principles work on every project — technical, commercial, financial, legal and reputational — coordinated in-house with qualified external advisers where required.

03

Execution

Disciplined structuring and decisive delivery. Once approved, capital and teams are deployed with conviction and our partners stand behind the commitments personally.

04

Stewardship

Active ownership through the hold period — operating engagement, asset management, capital optimisation — over generational horizons where the asset deserves it.
